My primary goal in 1-1 sessions is to work with my client on their self-healing, and self-discovery for which I use a variety of mindfulness/wellness techniques, unique personality assessment, and an action plan. For group sessions, engagement and group interactions remain a key highlight.

About Ana G

Ana G brings a unique blend of neuroscience expertise, corporate experience, and over a decade of meditation practice to her wellness sessions. Since 2019, she has led yoga, meditation, and breathwork programs for corporates, groups, and charities across London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Bangalore. Ana’s culturally-sensitive approach has enabled her to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, spanning 80+ nationalities.

With an MBA from Imperial College London and a Master’s in Biochemistry from Banaras Hindu University, Ana's academic rigor complements her practical experience. She began her career in neuroscience research before transitioning to the corporate world, where she worked in digital tech, including stints in Dubai and London.

Ana is a certified yoga teacher with a 500-hour YTT from Sri Sri School of Yoga and a Level-2 Yoga Instructor accredited by the Government of India. Since 2019, she has also been a Meditation and Breathwork Instructor with The Art of Living Foundation, teaching the renowned Sudarshan Kriya.

Ana’s ability to combine science, corporate insight, and holistic wellness makes her an ideal partner for organizations looking to enhance well-being and productivity in the workplace.
